I thought i'd open up a discussion about what players in this draft could come in and make an immediate impact/improvement on this current team, if that is instant offence off the bench, great rim protection and rebounding or a star who could start from day one.

Obviously Fultz but another I like is Bam Adebayo (second rounder). He is poor man's Dwight but can block, rebound and shoot when open IMO a immediate upgrade over AJ the only thing would be if he can understand and adapt Brad's defensive schemes.

I do not think Bam is developed enough to contribute on this team and would need at least 1 year in maine.

Giving a quuck look over a mock I would say the following players are good enough/ fare enough along in their development to contribute to the Cs next season (if minutes where available)

Fultz
Ball
Jackson
Fox
Monk
Collins
J Jackson UNC
Kennard
Rabb
Evans
Bell
Swanigan
Peters
Hart

Mavs
Wiz
Hornet

Ante Zizic. And we already have him   :D

Apart from him, I don't think any international prospects can contribute since year 1, not even Ntilikina.

These guys aren't stars but I think some of these older players who will be second rounders might give us something off the bench mostly incase of a multiplayer trade:

Frank Mason
NIGEL WILLIAMS-GOSS
Wesley Iwundu
Jaron Blossomgame
Cameron Oliver
Devin Robinson
Jordan Bell
Johnathan Motley
Semi Ojeleye

Semi Ojeleye is like a more athletic even more ripped Jae Crowder.  I hope he falls to 37.

This draft is very deep in useful players, either as future prospects down the road or NBA role players to come off our bench if we trade a bunch of guys for an All-Star...

Both of those guys could easily be taken in the first round, imo.

You're right but some of these guys are going to fall. There are just too many prospects in this draft. I'm sure there will be plenty of guys who never even make a roster in this draft but there are a lot of NBA calibre players in this draft. Williams-Goss and Mason should be 1st rounders but there are too many points in this draft.
