Thompson's play to hurt Amir identical to KO's against Love

Did anyone notice in the first quarter when Thompson held Amir's arm and yanked a bit to hurt Amir's shoulder that it was virtually the identical play to what KO did to Love two years ago.  But, this time around the announcer says that's just playoff basketball.  Where is all the hate for Thompson calling him a dirty player?  Only difference is Love is soft and got hurt, while Amir is tough and was not seriously injured.
