Blow up team:

Trade all veterans for picks and assets.

Wait a few years for The cavs and warriors to be out of prime

Develop fultz/brown/lotto18 and others in the mean time to be ready when they're gone

I had hope but let's be honest, its unrealistic. The cavs and the warriors are NBA2k cheat code teams. There's no way of beating them in the playoffs. Hayward, george, and butler aren't going to get past lebron and KD and Steph curry and love and etc

I mean or you can do both and make the ECF each year while using the nets picks.

Would rather get Hayward win 60 games next year and win a game or two in the ECF.

The Nets are already tanking for us, why blow it up? We won't win a championship but the Nets are building our future core, and our current guys will mentor them.

We literally have our cake and are eating it too

After Bradley, Smart, Brown, Fultz, Zizic, Yabu, BKN 18, how many draft picks do we need? I think veteran players like IT and Horford are players that we would be looking for with such youth.

Why not have a team that can meanwhile picking at the top of the lottery 3 years in a row?

Yep. Have the vets teach the new blood how to be a pro, and when the vets are slown down and the new blood is ready, you have a nice vet bench.

Had to give everyone who responded to the OP a TP for answering the OP respectfully without being insulting and disrespectful. Such a bad idea can sometimes elicit some insulting responses.
