#1 pick for #3, Saric, and 2018 Lakers pick?

Listening to Bill Simmons podcast and he asked whether Philly would trade up for #1, with the goal being to form their own future big three of Fultz, Simmons, and Embiid.  Simmons suggest the trade if #1 for #3, Saric, and the Lakers pick in 2018.

Would you take this deal?  Simmons said he wasn't sure Philly valued Fultz enough to do it, thought they might take Fox at 3.

Interesting thought though, especially if the C's aren't huge Fultz fans (though I have read they like him a lot).

Draft someone like Jackson, Tatum, or Fox at three.  Interesting scenario.

Simmons did say you probably look to trade Crowder in a scenario like this.
