Is there any way to match salaries and use assets to build this team?

I think this is as stacked a team as we could create to win a title in the present.

SG. Jimmy Butler

SF. Paul George

PF. Al Horford

C. Bismack Biyombo

I freaking love this starting 5, and we can go small and throw a wing in to move Al back to the 5 when necessary. This team has a lot of defense and plenty of scoring. I think Bismarck might be impossible to fit in, but with that 1-4 when can afford to have a shot blocking big back in our offense without ruining it.

Now assuming we can get George for less than BK 17 because of his contract, we have to surrender Fultz for Butler. This is a once in a lifetime SG/SF combo, huge and an absurd amount of offense/defense. We're long and athletic again.

The other thing we need is a True center. I know we can match salaries for Butler and George, but is Bismack out of the question?

Love this team, but can we acquire it all? If so how would you do it?
