What's with all the suggestions for Millsap? The hawks  Millsap and horford couldn't get it done for years. Prime Smith was better than IT.   We aren't about to become a worse version of the hawks

The Hawks never had a backcourt like Thomas and Fultz.

I don't think there's a backcourt as offensively dynamic as IT-Fultz. Curry-Thompson is certainly better offensively, and Lillard-McCollum could give them a run for their money, but I don't think any backcourt can destroy you in as many ways as Markelle and Isaiah.

Why sleep on defense?
How is that working out for the Blazers?

I'm really curious how people think they are going to acquire George for players like Bradley and future picks. Just don't think it is possible.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

PG:     Fultz           /    Rozier
SG:     Brown        /    Bradley
SF:     Hayward     /    Crowder
PF:     Horford       /    Biggie Swanigan
 C:     Drummond  /    Zizic

Trade Johnson, Thomas, and Smart to Detroit for Andre Drummond.

IT/AB/Hayward/Melo/Horford. Fultz/Brown/Zizic bench. Smart/Crowder/Yabu/Rozier in Melo trade. Minimums and 2nd rounders fill out roster. Starters give most teams a run, while youth develops backing them up.

I don't think there's a way to get both Hayward and Carmelo, especially while keeping AB.

Yeah I thought it might be close if we went full Sixers with the rest of the roster. But of course was too lazy to look it up and do the math.

Could put Nader in place of Green.

How are you getting Nance and Holmes when they are still under contract not free agents?

I think some of your numbers are off a bit. Fultz will be over $7 million, and Hayward will get around $30.3 million. Way low on KO; high on Zizic and Yabu.

My 9 man:

IT / Fultz
Hayward / Smart
Crowder / Brown
Horford / Yabusele
Zizic / Horford

Adding Hayward, Fultz, and Zizic to this team next year will be a massive improvement in talent versus what they have now.

Why?

I think he is going to get a huge offer and the Celtics will not match it...much like ET last year.
