No, neither can Jaylen. I'm not sure from where you're getting the idea that Jaylen is a superior defender. They're both terrible defenders with the tools to be elite.

Fultz is the longest pg, besides Livingston in 2004, ever drafted in the lottery since they began taking measurements in 2000.......
He has the longest wingspan and standing reach out of any other PG in the league.

Fultz is a PG that can play SG and Jaylen is a SG that can play SF.

Jaylen. His athleticism is next level. He's already shown too many glimpses for me to think otherwise. Just needs to tighten up his handle.

Fultz hasn't played a single NBA game, but even then if we didn't have a pick in this years draft and the proposal of Jaylen for Fultz came up I don't know whether I'd pull the trigger.

Shooting, ball-handling, and playmaking make Fultz the easy answer.


I like Jaylen to become something along the lines of an Andre Iguodala or a Rich Man's Mickael Pietrus.  That's not a slight on him, those are supposed to be positive comps.

But Fultz to me looks like he could be a 20-25 ppg scorer very early on and also be a quality passer and adequate defender / rebounder.  That's an All-Star.  Dame Lillard, McCollum, Harden type player.

I love Jaylen Brown, I think he has great upside. But even I gotta go Fultz. He's just so polished offensively for a guys who is just about to turn 19.

If Fultz allows himself to be molded into a real two way NBA player, he could be special. The Kid is loaded with tools. (He looks like James Harden to me) He seams like he has a good head on his shoulders.

Brown at times is still makes rookie mistakes, he learning at normal pace, not an execrated pace. Keep in mind he's 20 years old, he came in the NBA as a freshman, this year must seem SOOOO long to him, counting summer ball, preseason, the actual season, and the playoffs...100 games?

Jayden will be special, his size and length is very nice, besides his athletic ability. He's also super bright. All facets have improved this year, and it should continue. 

Brown and Fultz could be the cornerstones to the next championship.
