TP FL!

Honestly I'm both hyped and worried about this game, mostly because anything can happen in a game 7... miss a few shots, let the other team catch fire and you don't have the luxury of another game to get back.

I don't know what to expect either. The Celtics have played their best when they have their backs against the walls and this is the ultimate moment, but will some of them fail under pressure ? At least, win or lose, the game will tell us a lot about our players.

Advancing to the ECF would be great and shutting up Morris (who only talks smack about the Wizards' wins) a sweet gift.

Let's go Celtics !!

again, we need to run on them like we did game 5. keep running like those old UNLV teams.

those teams hit rhythm threes also.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
If we win it's on to the next one.

If we lose it's been yet again, another fun ride my Celticsblogging brethren.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Both teams are young and relatively inexperienced in the playoffs. So nerves will get to both teams.

My largest fear is that this game will come down to athleticism winning out. And I believe WAS has a greater degree of athleticism. It's arguable but I believe they get the edge. Hopefully home court, and other intangibles can carry us.

What I'd like to see tonight is another fantastic start like we saw in Game 5.

Great defense, excellent in transition (convert those layups Bradley), and knocking down open looks. Also, the bench being a factor as well.

Don't fall behind big like in Games 1, 2 and 4 lol.

I hope guys like KO realize they could be playing for a contract tonight, and a bad performance in Game 7 could really hamper that.

I hope we don't trail by 17 points, 22 points, 12 points or 26 points to start the quarter or start the half.

PLAY LIKE A GAME 5. We owe them another blowout like after they blew us out twice in DC. We already owed them a "given" game in Game 6 after their Game 2.

Exactly. I truthfully don't like our odds that much in a Game 7 if we play them behind for most of the game, especially if Wall/Beal both are doing damage.

Good start is KEY.

If we get a good start like Game 2, Im expecting this to be over by 3rd.

my choice:

A: watch the first half, then go to work, and for the next 12 hours ponder what was like in the second half, avoid every human contact, every screen every message and watch the game like 12 hours after the final buzzer

B:do the same without watching the first half

crush them tonight!

I just don't want to see the Celtics trailing by a large margin to start the game. A third time like that at the Garden won't be kind to us.

Nervous as all hell for this game. Game 7 is the game of the dramatic and the unexpected. As long as we come out on top I will be good.

This time needs to hurry up for the game to get started.
Let's Go Celtics!!
