There is a decent chance the C's end up with the 4th pick. Not a terrible spot however there is also a chance that ball is only one left out of Fultz/Jackson/Tatum /ball ( the worst fit for the C's (at least according to majority of fans I've read))

Do we just roll with ball And hope he breaks out? Or go with fox?  I say we just keep ball and see what happens.  It may not be a good fit on paper but maybe he is a very good option off the bench. Scalabrine claims he knows the c's want nothing to do with ball

De'Aaron Fox will be a better pro than Ball (and maybe Tatum).  That's the pick.

Id expect it to be traded for a star or traded down the draft for more assets.

I see Rondo in Fox.

Not quite as good BBIQ, slightly better shot, not quite as magical assist-wise.

I would go with Ball. I think he could be Jason Kidd good but with a three point shot to start his career. I like Ball better than either Tatum or Jackson.

I do agree to the fact that Fox has been overlooked all year long. For all the Monk hype, Fox was the best player all year long and crushed it in the tourney.

6'4" he's listed at and fast as anyone in the league, if he gets  the three point shot he would be fierce.

If Fultz, Tatum, and Jackson are off the board, I draft Isaac. Ball wouldn't be the end of the world, but he's as risky as it gets in the top 4 this year. I think Isaac is almost as risky, but has a higher ceiling.
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

Ball is no worst than the 4th prospect in this draft, so if he's there, I want him to be selected. I just hope we trade him shortly after in a package for a star or another pick.
CB Mock Deadline - Minnesota Timberwolves
Kemba Walker / Tyus Jones / Aaron Brooks
Jimmy Butler / Jamal Crawford / Treveon Graham
Rodney Hood / Nic Batum / Marcus Georges Hunt
Taj Gibson / Nemanja Bjelica / Jonas Jerebko
KAT / Derrick Favors / Cole Aldrich
Picks - 2018 CHA 1st (Lotto protected), none out

I see more John Wall than I do Rondo in Fox.  A slightly worse shot, but I think one that's fixable based on his free throws.  What I see in all three is that hyper-competitiveness, which would help Fox fit in on the Celtics immediately.  (Not saying he becomes Wall, but that's what I think his ceiling is).  He'd be ready for backup guard minutes next year.

If we're 4th, draft Fox, trade Rozier for a (distant) future 1st, let Olynyk walk, and sign Hayward.

I think you got to go ahead and draft him......i have readied myself for this very outcome. Just hope Danny and CBS like him. ......draft him because they want him and not because he is best player available.

Trade Ball or 4th pick and players to Indy.

Every time I play the draft simulator Boston gets 4 th pick .  Lakers get 1 or 2 pick and I gave them  take Fultz or Jackson .

I hate that simulator  :-X

If we fall to 4th and Ball is left, maybe we get lucky and the Fakers end up with no pick.

If so, what would we want from LA to give them Ball?

Zeller and Ball for what combination of Russell/Ingram/Zubac/Randle/LA's late 1st/Nance? What combination? It'd be fun to squeeze those fakers and make them pay. And I think they would.

(Personally, I like Ball. I think that Ball would be deadly on this team with IT, AB, Hayward, Jaylen, but squeezing those Fakers would almost be too enjoyable to pass up.)
