Obviously, a lot would have to go right.
But there was a five game jump this year!

a few of my thoughts

*Fultz or Jackson would have to make some sort of meaningful impact.

*Marcus Smart would have to get his act together on offense

*Ante Seasick would bring some rebounding help

*a heady free agent signing

*eliminate the really horrendous losses to inferior teams (e.g. getting waxed by Denver in Boston by 20 points, **** was that?, being routed by Sacramento with no Cousins or Gay, smh)

Your thoughts?
Is this even attainable?

If get either Hayward or Blake, it definitely is. Without a signing like that it remains highly improbable. We may see a tiny bump if someone like Fultz can help out scoring on the second unit and Zizic/Brown/Smart show improvement. The only player that figures to get a little worse is Horford (from age). There is a chance we lose Olynik for sure, but he is fairly replacement in my opinion.

They need to add another consistent scoring option opposite IT or need to add a dominant rebounding/defensive big.

Not without a quality big man or men.  This team will be lucky to stay as healthy as they did this year and repeat 50 wins never mind 60.

All valid points for sure.
The Horford age dynamic worries me a tad, but I don't think it would be precipitous, hopefully. :-X

Both would be nice for the upcoming season!

I don't think Zizic is going to be what we need next year but he could be a nice young addition in a limited roll.  We really need a stud in the middle who can rebound and block shots now.

We can answer this question in July, not now. It's impossible if we don't know the draft order, any possible trade or free agency.

Why so Serious, Dario?

We're speculating

We're killing time waiting for the draft

We're having fun looking into DA's crystal ball!

Yes .

I agree
Fultz is a Yuuuge wildcard.
He could potentially come in a do some wonderful things for this team.
Maybe he won't start, but maybe make the bench really dynamic. 8)

Getting a little ahead of ourselves. Maybe we should wait to see what our roster looks like first.

If they get PG13 or something? Sure.

If IT tears his Achilles in game 6 and they get bumped to #4 in the lotto? Nah.

In short, nobody has nearly enough info to even venture a guess.

Yes it's possible even if they stand pat with the current team

remember when Avery Bradley missed 21 games  early in the season and Boston lost 21 games( not all were due to Bradley's absence )

well win 7 of those games and there you go
