I'm not against moving the pick unlike most other posters, but I want to move it as part of a trade for a top 10 player like George. WCS is nowhere near that and would be kind of a misfit in Brad's offense.

I watched at least 3 SAC games after they traded away Cousins and I don't think cbloggers quite realize that Willie's game is coming around.  A lot of posters are severely underrating him saying things like "the depth he adds isn't worth moving down even 1 pick".

That said, I initially was very on the fence about this kind of offer, but ultimately would say No.  The Celtics currently have too much depth and are not in need of more.  I think our only kinds of moves going forward must be to solidify our depth into fewer higher impact players, not the other way around.

We need to consolidate assets, not getting multiple players/picks. The roster is 15 players, not 45, and we have also Zizic, Yabu and Nader stashed and multiples 1st and 2nd rounders for the future.

You'd move down no less than 4 spots for Willie Trill Cauley-Stein?!

I think our 1st rounder next year gets you Cauley-Stien if you want him especially after the Kings draft a couple more centers this year!

So that's something like the 27th pick in 2018? They're certainly more likely to get that than anything in the top 4.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

There's No.  There's Hell No.  And then there is this proposed trade.

It makes zero sense.  You don't trade a potential franchise player for an energy big who might not even be better than Zizic.  The answer to this proposal is a resounding G-TFO! followed by a hung up phone.  *click*

So I guess next year's question will be "If Brooklyn pick comes in at #1 and Kings pick comes in at #3 would you trade #1 for #3 and WCS?" Wait for it....This question will be asked next year!!!

Why I propose to trade for a guy like wcs is because of his wicked athleticism/defense

Dallas, SA Spurs were able to beat lebron because of guys like Chandler and Leonard....

You cant just beat Lebron matching offensive firepower for offensive firepower.... You need to also stop/slow him down down the stretch...

Only Father Time will beat Lebron. He is eligible in 2-3 years. Be patient.

Paul George

That's the only player I'm interested in trading this pick for.

Ridiculous!!!!   Perhaps 2018 Brooklyn.

Ridiculous too. If they keep losing, we may get Ayton, Porter or Doncic, potential franchise players. WCS is only a starter caliber player.
