I did. Thought Chicago tried clogging up the paint more to make IT a facilitator and have to depend on his teammates to make the shots. Almost worked too if it was for AB who was on fire in the first half.

Crowder has been brutal this series shooting 3s.

Well, they focused on stopping IT.  Perhaps some folks believe this wasn't the Bulls' doing but simply a bad shooting night for IT.

for the most part, him trying to contain IT worked, if we faced them last year this strategy would probably still work (Atlanta series)

but this year is different, Bradley is playing, Smart is a better play maker, we acquire Al Horford who quietly in this series is averaging 16 and 9. This series really made me think...if we really acquired another go-to scorer to relief pressure off IT, man this team can be something

In previous games they'd been giving Marcus space to shoot.  Yesterday, they virtually ignored him.  Worked out but it will be an issue if Marcus can't take advantage of that kind of defense.

Very true. That's why we made our big run in the 4th when Stevens took out Marcus and went big with Olynyk , Horford, Crowder , Bradley and IT. That adjustment also neutralized Lopez down low.

Why didn't Hoiberg complain about IT "carrying" in Games 1-2? Just curious.

And Butler was outplayed by Bradley a few days after "calling out" Smart.

Overall, great "FU" win by the Celtics against the Bulls last night!  ;D

I think the Bulls focused on him, and I also think he didn't shoot well on 3s when he was open. As long as he keeps finding open teammates and they cash in, they'll be fine.

I think the Bulls realize they're in a lot of trouble.  They lost by double digits, and the Celtics went 9-40 from 3, missing plenty of open looks.  Even going a poor 13-40 turns that game into a 20-point blowout.

He didn't care when he was winning. I'm even sure he hadn't notice the "carrying" at that point. He just threw that after the loss to have an excuse for losing. It's easier than questionning his (non)choices.

I've watched the "No" about 10 times and it's still funny!

This is what I was talking about.  Tonight we're making the 3s and it's complete annihilation.
