Reading this forum after game 2 I almost threw up.

Some of you should be embarrassed with the lack of faith you showed in our team and coach.

All I got.

care to cite any examples?  most seem very observant rational and objective pointing out issues and problems we still have. is there something wrong with that? or should they ignore those? it doesn't make them any less of a fan because they are not sunshine pumping 24/7 being unrealistic.
In the Do You Believe? thread poll, more than a quarter of the voters said the C's would lose in 4 or 5. That might be what he meant by "lack of faith."

Probably so.  However, what is the issue with "lack of faith" anyway?  They were down 0-2 after losing both home games, they looked terrible, no energy, some infighting too.  Speaking for myself, I had a lack of faith at that point.  But am I embarrassed about it now?  No way. That is how I felt at the time, and now I feel differently.  The worst I can be accused of is changing my mind based on facts.

There are some like you who based it on facts, and situation on hand. But there are a lot who are gloating that they were right all along and that we will get swept or eliminated in 5.

If only 25% of individuals thought the Celtics would lose in four or five after being down 0-2 and losing hca, then, on the whole, I would describe Celtics fans as rather faithful.  Even irrational (I say this as someone who "believed").

Rebuking others for their "insufficient fandom" is the real embarrassment.

What?! Lack of faith?! I was always optimistic, even when we were down two games, I said we would come back as long as qe made some adjustments (I'll admit it I was advocating for JJ but well GG has been awesome). When we won game 3, I made a post with a Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.ton of swearing that we were going to storm back and win in 6

I could maybe accuse your of overreacting to 2 games in spit of 5 months worth of games that suggested Boston was a much better team than it was showing. But I wouldn't do that. ;)
