Xs and Os question for the group:

How should CBS adjust to this? Two options:
Do you put Marcus or Avery on the the new Bulls pg to force more turnovers?
Do you hide IT4 on the new Bulls pg because he'll be less of an offensive threat?

Hide him on the new pg.
Isaiah Thomas should not be guarding D-wade.

They'll still lose if they play like they've been playing the first two games.  They just need to play their best regardless of who is suited up against them.
This. The series hasn't been about how good the Bulls have played, it's been all about how bad the Celtics have played. Celtics have to take care of their business first or none of it matters.

Am I the only one who doesn't like this ?
As much as I want the celtics to win , and as much as it is our turn to have a break for once, I wanted to see these guys rise to the occasion and have their butts handed to them if they didn't.

They'll still lose if they play like they've been playing the first two games.  They just need to play their best regardless of who is suited up against them.

Yeah, no hero ball and hitting your wide open shots should be enough, right? Right?

Fine, cut down on those turnovers, too, just to be sure.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Likely, this means that he is out until they can get the swelling under control.

He was superb in the 1st two games.
Bulls shouldn't be able to win without him-unless Butler and Wade are on fire from the outset. Its not just the plays he makes, its how he gets the other guys to move.

So does this mean we are going to resign the guy for all he does for us that doesn't show up on a stat sheet!?!  ;D

This is huge. They're not just trying to replace Rondo, they have to replace Playoff Rondo. And so now if Wade reverts to Old Wade instead of Playoff Wade, the Celtics will have the decisive advantage again, maybe even win four straight if Playoff Wade disappears for four straight.

This is a sign.

Well isn't that some dumb luck.

Not to wish injuries on anybody, but it's too bad it wasn't Robin Lopez.

bummed for Rondo - this series was revitalizing his career after Dallas and Sac.

I think his play here and over the last part of the season has done enough that he'll be viewed as an attractive option by some teams for next year. I'm happy for him.

For our part - good news, but not great news, I think. Butler can still go off for 40 and dominate the game in the 4th quarter , and if he does that in game 3 or 4, we will be very hard pressed to take the series.

Can Kelly skate? I think the Bruins can use him right now. I mean, he's Canadian, after all...

Bulls will let Jimmy Butler be a point forward and handle the ball IMO
