Man I saw Jaylen Brown and I just had to re write this at the top lol. My goodness is he just not locked in on defense. I am amazed at how inept he is. Now I know why Brad is the coach and casual fans are not

Our perimeter defense was depressing this game. And once that happens we all know our down low guys are toast

blow by by wade?

why over commit?

This ridiculousness from Smart and IT leads to a wide open lane

Jaylen , come on man (Olynyk didn't show either here but Jaylen is better than this)

Jaylen Brown and his fake defense. This makes me angry. Not even a hand up, nothing, acting like he is playing defense. Sickening. I would take him out right away.

Also noticed obviously that Butler can shoot over Bradley any time he wants.

Wade , Butler , Grant

All 3 can easily shoot over our short defenders

Man I think we are doomed.

I'm sorry but Smart just isn't a problem. He's not even in the top 3...if you are only focusing on individual play.

We need more from Crowder. Now I know i's tough guarding Butler all game and it may take awy from his offense but we need his 12-17 points and 8 rebounds...we have to have it.

KO...well nevermind I don't have time to type that much.

Johnson...we need him to play Lopez much better. The frontline should be embarrassed to give up 20 offensive rebounds. There would be fights in the next game if the Big3 v1 or Perk, KG and PP had given up this in the paint.

Jae is a 4 trapped in a 3's body.  He is just not athletic enough to cover someone like Butler for extended periods of time, so CBS had to switch AB and Marcus on him.

I'm not gonna say we're doomed. Honestly the Bulls aren't the 08 Celtics here.

The front line is responsible for guards, and wing players that get into the paint by getting past their defender. These front line bigs then surrender their position to head off the invader entering the paint, because if they don't...a layup is given up. (the most efficient shot in basketball) By surrendering their defensive position, they also surrender rebounding position. Once given up, rebounding position is difficult to regain, especially when you're also giving up size and weight.

Smart has played a great defensive game today.
