Barkley "uncomfortable" comment on IT - your thoughts?

IT Loved His sister. She was his little sister who worshiped him. Barkley meant no harm, It is hard to watch people mourn. Very Hard for me.

Humans have never been particularly apt, thoughtful or kind in such situations on such sad occasions but the internet-Facebook-selfie-taking generation has, it would seem, pushed things to a totally new and all-time unholy level of obsessive self-absorption, disrespect and plain old cluelessness.

Hopefully, it gets better over time.

I agree with Sir Charles on this one.  Often the media lacks class.  They love to show vulnerability and hide it behind the veneer as a story unfolding.

I gotta say, it warms my heart to see the responses on this thread. There's so much vitriol out there that it gets exhausting. I didn't see CB's comments as homophobic or full of machismo, which I've seen some people on twitter claim.

I can see where he's coming from. Barkley's not exactly the most articulate speaker in the world. I think it's horrible that cameras caught IT mourning like that. Not fair to him at all. The media has no right exploit that for ratings.
