My boy Šarić. Lions heart, playing injured, so many times he went against the odds and succeeded. He never complains, just goes to work.
Embeed played too little, he has the higher ceiling by about 30 stores than rest of the rookie crop, but the best ability is avalability. You can't help your team in a suit.
I get the inefficiency argument on Šarić, helping Brogdons case. He certainly benefited playing along side a top 15/20 player. Philly is forcing Dario to shoot a lot of threes, he never had that volume, he is adjusting. That is IMO the main reason why his efficiency suffers.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
If Steve Kerr can win COTY with 47 or 48 games then Embid should get it too.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
