Smart needs to put extra extra time and shoot 1000 3s if he has to

like Ray Allen be the first one out before games and shoot shoot shoot

Sure does because 3 years in the league and there is zero improvement. I don't know how much time he puts in I can only go by results that he shows and if that is the case he doesn't put much time in.

Goodluck getting out of the first round.  This is how teams will play us come playoffs.  Take out IT and we are average at best.

Then next season comes and we draft.  We get the best player but we lose most of this core because most of their contracts are up.  Then comes the arduous task of having to sign bums for years to come because free agents don't willingly come here.

Danny, you are about to be exposed for **** gm you really are.  Your luck which has painted you as some genius over the years will soon run out.

LOL and there is Clench coming through with the hot take on Danny Ainge.  Go back to your cave.

Love the team.  Can't stand Danny.  Sorry, I don't think he's as brilliant as everyone seems to think.  I think he's a guy who's had so much luck come his way as a gm that is enough to fool gullible people that he's some kind of mastermind genius.  Sorry, he's not.
Clench, it can be argued that every GM is all a product of luck, list 3 better GMs than Ainge.

Jerebko is another player that gets way too many minutes. Goes to show you though how flawed this roster is. Ainge better have something coming because he had chances at the deadline to make this team better this year and decided to keep the same flawed roster.

Because he's not short-sighted like some of the posters here. A trade in the mid-season wouldn't make much difference. Toronto's move didn't help them get ahead in the Eastern standings in the absense of Lowry and resigning Ibaka will kill our cap flexibility. Getting Butler or George cost a lot and Cousins is more detrimental than he looks despite filling our dire need.

And we have a game tomorrow in Atlanta, too, though now that the first seed will be out of reach the losses won't really matter.

But we need to get AB and Smart back in rhythm before the playoffs.

Ainge's failure to address rebounding all these years (post-KG and Perk) is getting ridiculous.

The team gets killed on the boards a ton but Ainge just smiles telling the whole world that KO is our rim protecting savior.  ::)

They matter, well, at least one of them does. We need to win the Nets game.

Gonna be a really fun regular season game. I think the Cavs are going to come in with something to prove and I KNOW we are. I don't have really high hopes of winning, but we've definitely got a solid chance. Just hoping for a playoff atmosphere and for the team to represent itself well.

Well this didn't age well.

We done got woodshedded tonight, folks. Good reminder of how far we still have to go.

Amir was having a nice game and has now disappeared on the bench.

Avery has sucked real bad today.

Yeah, he's still coming back from illness though.

Still, he really is awful the first few games out of injury, not unlike KO.

I, too, remember the many times this thing happened.
