"Best" player is over the top.  I'll be happy with improved shooting.  His percentage takes a hit from end-of-quarter heaves and late-in-the-shot-clock attempts because we have to get a shot up.  I would suspect that if those shots are taken out of the mix, his percentage would rise into the low 40's.  not great but probably hear less griping about his shooting. 

can't really complain about any other aspect of his game.  the guy makes a lot of good things happen when he's on the court

Best player, no? Will he make the jump to knocking down that three as well as getting to the rim at will? It is quite possible.

It is not a crazy idea.  He was a poor FT shooter who has turned into a very good one.  If he can do the same with his shot selection and his inside game, look out. The rest of his game is basically elite.

Thanks for the education,TP.  Though I have to say I'm disappointed. Making fun of him for poor speech mechanics is not PC but for having poor grammar was great fodder. It was more fun when perception was reality...
