I'd trade it to a team looking to rebuild/retool for an all-star level talent if at all possible.   not adverse to trading it regardless of where it ends up but the higher the slot, the higher the return should be. 

there's some good looking prospects at the top of this draft but no one that looks like a franchise-level player.  if we can use the pick to add a top player to who we already have, I'm for it.
