You have no positive future Smart.

4-14 from the field. You can't do anything on offensive except flop and draw fouls. Overrated passing.

Sub 37% from the field. Absolute disgrace. Why don't you shoot 4 hours after a loss game like Kobe or Pierce did. It doesn't matter if you can defend Will Barton. In this offensive league you're going to get wrecked if you can't score.

I don't get why we didn't trade him in a package for Noel. He is a max player because of what he will become in two years. Great potential. Don't get why we didn't shoot for him. Probably because Danny is an idiot.

Also should have traded Bradley a long time ago. Can't dribble the ball, pass...pretty much chucking up shots like Jae Crowder.

Our team:

Starters: A chucker, A chucker, A three point chucker, Amir, Soft Pillow

Sixth man: flopper/poor man's Tony Allen

Seventh man: Potentially a Future Rich man's Richard Jefferson. The only player I wouldn't trade for the world.

Sigh.

Ainge didn't sign Noel because he is going to be a costly RENTAL. Ainge isn't the idiot here. Armchair GM at its finest  ::)

Smart has his flaws, but his passing is great, his rebounding is good, his defense is great. He will never be  a great shooter, but Smart is not the problem tonight.

HES an RFA who deserves the max and thus should not be considered a rental. If we get Fultz  and get rid of the trash (IT,  AB) we could of had a fresh with Noel, Brown, Fultz. Sign Hayward.

If your core is Noel,Brown and Fultz, Hayward isn't signing here.

he kind of would be tho.

Horford, Brad Stevens effect, and a nice young core led by NBA ready Markelle Fultz could be an exciting offer for Hayward.

^Right. Don't be an idiot. No room for that here

You're not even believable in your trolling.  Work on that if you want us to entertain you.

So Hayward is going to waste his prime playing contract on a team who core is a rookie who hasn't proven him self, a second year player who has improved, but hasn't lit the world on fire, and a big with no offense, and can't stay on the court all season long.

The whole reason why Hayward would take less money is to play for a contender. With that line up he may as well stay in Utah and take the bigger payday. Plus the weather is nicer too. :)

Plus if there is any indication Hayward wants to come, you know DA is going to press that pick for Butler or PG13 to make that happen.

This was the last game of a long west coast trip.  We should probably get cut a bit of slack.

You wanna know what's funny? It's that we beat Cavs and Warriors and we are blown by Sacramento, Hawks, Nuggets twice! and more of that. That's what's funny! I'm gonna close my windows until playoffs. This is enough for me.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
'Nerlens Noel deserves the max'.

Sure buddy. Put down the sauce.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

[dang] if only smart made 3 more baskets to go a respectable 7 of 14, we would have only lost by 14 points!!
