solid win, makes me proud to know that we're probably one of the few teams that are able to beat the warriors at their home court two years in a row
Few teams? Ha, name. One other please.

Hell,of a win. It was the defense that did. It tonight. I love this team.

now weve got wins over GSW, Cleveland, Houston and Utah.

Those are 4 of the 5  best records in the league.

Obviously some context is required(GS missing KD, Cleveland missing Love/Smith) but theres context to our early season losing spree vs. great teams.

shall we put to bed the whole Celtics cant beat good teams narrative now?

IT's emergence is obv a huge factor, but what stood out to me tonight was the confidence that AB, Crowder, KO, Jaylen, Smart, and even Rozier showed up with.  Important for the playoffs.

I know theyre struggling without Durant, but holding this team to 86 is unbelievable
No Durant, but the Celtics didn't have James young!!

I knew there was a hidden reason we played so well.

Great win and first time in 55 home games they were held under 100! This is the team I want to see come playoff time. Whatever KO ate for dinner, needs to be replicated a la Wade Boggs from long ago.

Great dreams for Celtics fans..night!

Updated last two seasons teams records at Oracle:
Warriors: 91.5%
Celtics: 100%
Everyone else: 5.8%

not bad.

Well we might have lost to Phoenix, but we beat Cleveland and GS

Two biggest win of the season

We're probably the only team in the league that has beaten both GS and Cleveland this season.

Decent win. Not great though.. GSW can't hit anything

Really? Not our defense? Wow....

Avery is the best on-ball defender in the league, sure, and it is pretty impressive to hold them to only 13 FGs attempted in a final quarter, I'm just saying that will not happen like that again - we should expect them to make more shots typically.

Kelly continues to drive ME CRAZY!!!!!!!

omg Kelly O was big in this game.  He is so frustratingly inconsistent, but when he plays well he makes you think he is tough to trade.

don't get your hopes up

GSW really don't have good big players on their team...only Green

Al Horford and KO can feast on their bigs

similar to the cavs

against the Raptors, OKC, Rockets, --- it won't be easy

Man, that was just a beautiful overall game to watch. That defense is just something else when we actually play like that consistently.

That's our formula of success. We literally just beat the best team in the league in the most difficult arena by shooting 44% and 34.5% from 3, all because we held them to 44% shooting and 20% from 3, which is our bread and butter. We also kept them to a season low in overall points and forced 17 TOs.

That's how we need to play, and if we play that way, we're a tough out for ANY team in the playoffs.
