I'm still salty that we didn't nab Chriss when we had the chance to. He would've been a great building block alongside Brown and Smart. I really like that kid and think he has a big future.

How could we have?  I didn't hear a trade rumor..

When Sacramento traded the 8th pick in the draft this past summer for two later first round picks, which we had.

I don't know if Danny ever had interest or a discussion about it with Vlade, but I think we had the assets to get it done with our two other picks in the first round. He would've ultimately been the ideal fit for us long-term at the 4.

I've seen Chriss referred to as the "lowest BBIQ player I've ever seen" by several credible draft analysts.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Weren't the two picks they got better than the two picks we had?

Chriss is impressive, but Jerebko is doing a lousy job on him.

13th and 28th compared to 16 and 23. They were definitely comparable, and Vlade picked Papa at 13 way before he was scheduled to be taken.

13th is a lotto pick.
