If Jaylen is here for the long haul, which I so hope he is,...which wing fits best with his skills and timeline?

Jackson - point forward

Tatum - old school midrange

Isaac - shot blocker and 3pt

I think Jackson is the best of the three. More athleticism. I think he and Brown could be terrific in the open court together. Also JB-Jackson have nice length for the 2-3 positions.

Jackson is the best fit.

Jackson. He is the best passer, play maker and maybe rebounder. Could see him playing some power forward in small ball lineup.

And small forward when Jalen is playing guard.

The two would thrive together. It would be illegal they'd be so good.

I would say Jackson but not by much over Tatum. I think Defensively Jackson provides alot but Tatums ability to score I think could be a huge plus.

I dont even have Issac in the conversation.

Jaylen/Jackson could be a modern version of Jordan/Pippen.

Definitely Jackson.  His handles and passing would compliment Jaylen really well.

Yes but does his scoring? I agree with you but I do think it puts alot of pressure on Jaylen to be main lead wing scorer.

I think his shooting is the issue...

One of them will need to get to be a plus and the other at least needs to be a factor from the line.

Personally I think Isaac is the guy for the C's fit wise, but who knows. Jackson is a better prospect for me, but Isaac fits a bit better in theory. The "fit" theory assumes shooting translates (Brandon Ingram what up?!), and it's hard enough to find a really good player in the draft that I tend to lean towards BPA.

Should be interesting! Could see the C's trading the pick if it is outside the top 2 for PG or Butler.

I think Jaylen can be an alpha scorer if he doesn't have to be a facilitator as well.

I think he can too but Im saying that's alot of pressure on him to become that.

I dont see the Issac thing at all in terms of fit or skills. Im looking for more than a role player with that pick.

Jackson 17/9/5 tonight on 8/11 shooting. I've seen about 7 or 8 of his games now and yet to see him take a single play off. Stevens would love coaching him. Would love him in in Green.

Together, their defensive potential is crazy, too.  Athleticism, length, versatility, work ethic, BBIQ... could be special.
