Rozier should not be playing anymore at this point, too. The dude just has no BBIQ, and he's absolutely terrible defensively.

I only watch this team for Smart and Jaylen at this point.

Me too! I love those guys!

Bill Simmons isn't letting Danny off the hook for this deadline either.

Trade deadline guys that would have helped the Celtics bench...

Noel
Tucker
Bogdanovic
Ibaka
Gibson
Lou Williams
Ilyasova
Anyone

But, no, let's hoard all of these lesser assets so that we can field a D-League team and an international team.

None of those guys get us past Cleveland, let alone the Warriors.  Few of them would have any long term future with the team, so we'd be giving up assets for...what?  A couple more regular season wins?

And I'm not sure I'd want any of those guys over Bogut, but signing any of them would preclude getting him.

Teams are starting to tighten up now. Won't be as easy as it was earlier in the season. Can they get to 55? We'll find out after the west coast trip.

Looking at Isaiah's face on the sideline he looks sad is he sad because we're losing or cuz he's not getting 20 and his streak is going to come to an end.

The over reliance on IT was going to catch up at some point. When he was scoring like 40 a night, it masked a a lot of other deficiencies.

They need to get Horford on track. He's not a superstar but he's definitely not this bad. Something is just off with him right now.

You mean the picks we won't even be able to use?  Not having a completely anemic frontcourt would be nice, or is that a luxury we can afford but don't want?

Yabu, Jackson and Zizic seems like kids who doesn't want to take craps either. Im excited for next year. This team is becoming more tougher and tougher.

We have a milliion assets, and literally none of those players would've cost any of our main assets in the Brooklyn picks, Smart, Brown, or any of our main rotation players. We could've easily afforded it, and a couple of those players would've significantly gave us a better chance of defeating Cleveland, such as Ibaka. We can't use all of those lesser assets anyways, otherwise you're just getting a bunch more of James Youngs, Fab Melos, and RJ Hunters.

There's no point in putting out such a flawed, while still decent, team if you're not going to give them a legit fighting chance of making noise in the playoffs. At that point, you might as well get as many assets as you can and build from the ground up and look for actual franchise pieces and stars that don't have such obvious holes in their games.

Olynyk pulling another disappearing act. For those that think he is going to develop into anything more than a bench player, these last three games, and a whole bunch more this year and throughout his career are the reason he won't. He has a bunch of good games and then just disappears for another stretch of games. He does it all the time.

This officiating crew is awful.  Absolutely no consistency.  This is the same crew which was awful during the Golden State game.  The woman ref is horrible.  I remember her calling an unnatural act call on JB during the GS game. Is it mean of does Milsap push off before every shot attempt.

100% with you.  I've not liked this team all year because again it's the same Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. different year.  An overachieving team that's not good enough to get out of the second round.  I don't care how many 50 point games it has we don't have a team and we don't have a team because management hasn't tried to build one.  Smart and brown both ply team ball and agressive.  It has no idea how to play team ball and outside of Bradley and jerebko, everyone else is soft has pancake batter

IT was horrible tonight, and I'm glad the streak ended, because the way he was chasing it was dangerous, but the number of people killing him is ridiculous. Harden has bad games. Westbrook has bad games. Isaiah has bad games. It's okay; he's human. We're nowhere without Isaiah, and we should remember that.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.
