Everyone agrees that we should keep Crowder based on his contract.

The only way Jae doesn't freak out and cause massive chemistry problems, is if he keeps his starting job.

 So it's an easy fix.

Start Thomas, Hayward, Crowder, and force Bradley to the bench. It's probably only for one year anyway unless Avery is okay with Medium high dollars.

No. Thats a bad idea as he would lose trade value and FA value. Just trade AB at the draft. You either pick up Hayward or let Brown start.

I here ya, try to trade him early, if you can't you might have to try it.

I don't think it hurts his trade value very much. The NBA knows what he can do.
What hurts his value is his injury history.

I guess they can play all of them together with Crowder at the 4.

IT
Bradley
Hayward
Crowder
Horford

AB will do what he's asked. He's a pro.

He replaced Judas in the starting lineup. If it's his turn, he'll deal.

Neither Bradley nor Crowder are all-stars, they should do whatever they are asked to do.

Jalen Brown will start ahead of Crowder next year. Crowder should come off the bench.

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
It will probably hard for him to take it, as he worked really hard FROM THE BENCH for years to now being a starter.

Will, he. He probably would, reluctantly.

not really true.

he was a starter by the middle of his second year in the league. Has been ever since.

Stand corrected. I could have sworn he played behind Rondo and Ray. I guess I have missed the part where he started after 1.5 years...

Of course he would. He has no choice. Who is he not to anyway?

I actually think he would work better off the bench... and that really has no bearing on his value or diminishing role ... we simply need a stabilizing force on the 2nd unit. He'd still play 20+ minutes and likely close games.
