Because we are so small we have trouble with players like Wall, Butler, and DeRozan. I would like to see Jaylen Brown cover some of these guys instead of Smart. Sometimes Smart loses that battle because he is a little small. Brown is bigger and more athletic than Smart, although Smart is a much better player now, down the road, Brown might be better against bigger players.

A check of Synergy Sports' defensive data has Brown in the 88th percentile among all defenders, holding opponents to 0.805 points per play. In fact, Synergy's data suggests that, among all players with at least 300 players defended, Brown ranks 15th in the league in points allowed per play. (That's just four spots behind Golden State's Draymond Green at 0.798 points per play.)

Just get AB back and healthy and that willsolve the problem of SGs killing us.

Hopefully he's ready tonight so he has a game under his belt and be ready for Wednesday night vs the Cavs.

I think as he gets more experience, we will see him taking on better, and better offensive players during important stretches of the game.

And getting AB back will also be a huge help.
