Rozier tried to go under the screen on KCP on that one.  Not smart.  Luckily KCP missed the 3.

I'm not sure that I remember a worse defender than Rozier with his kind of physical tools.

At least he's hitting his shots today to make him at least somewhat justifiable to keep out there.

If he can defend at even a passible level and could play more in control on the offensive end he'd be a good backup. He is very frustrating to watch.

Man, Utah up 24 on Washington! Got a feeling they won't be challenging us for the number two seed any longer, especially with their tough schedule.

Portland up early on Toronto, too!
nah. we are doomed. Remember?

we're lucky to grab the 5 seed at this point.

I don't know how many people really believe that. I'm not sure that I like our chances against someone like Toronto in the second round (though I think we beat Washington handily), but I really can't see us losing the 2nd seed. That's just a lot of ground to make up after the ASB, especially with no more games against us for the Raptors.
yeah I think we could beat Washington too. I also agree that Id rather not play Toronto, so ideally they keep #4 and we keep 2. That way Toronto gets Cle in round 2 and we get Washington(should we win our round 1 series).

Unfortunately, I don't see that happening. Washington has really came back down to Earth, and they probably fall to 4th or worse. Toronto seems primed to take the third spot, but at least we'd have home court advantage against them. If we're fully healthy with HCA, we can beat them, but it'd be tough.

Not sure I understand the hate for TZ.  His play is inconsistent and he plays too fast to be in control.  He makes young player mistakes.  But I think he is going to be a valuable rotation player in this league for a long time.  I like him a lot.
Hes got a lot of potential for sure, but hes so dumb on defense, hes got tunnel vision on offense and although he is good at making tough shots, he has a history of miserable shot selection and hes just not a good enough scorer to justify how much he kills team offense and defense.

Thats my read on it at least.

Wow.  Did you guys see that stat on the Pistons feed?  Drummond is averaging almost 19 rebs per game against us this season  :o

Nice follow by Brown! Really like that lineup out there, too - IT, Smart, Brown, Horford, and Amir. Very athletic and a lot of "system" guys that play the right way around IT.

One of my favorite qualities in Brown is his ability to move without the ball as far as attacking the O-Boards, running in transition, cutting through the lane, and those nasty backcuts that end up in dunks

Yeah, and I also saw this stat on the Celtics feed.

Worst FT Shooter all time, Drummond at 39%  :o

But yeah Drummond has a field day rebounding against our front court..

Maybe even more surprising is that we're 24-20 on the boards so far.  I don't expect that to last, but I'll be pleasantly surprised if it does.

Drummond's FT shooting hurts his game a ton.  Can't (shouldn't) pay a guy max who can be such a detriment to the team (or on the bench) down the stretch.

Yep. That's why he plays so much better with the first unit, too. Much better passing around him to find him, along with less attention paid to him and on the others.

Is Brown in foul trouble? Or did they want Crowder in there?

Why do we switch so much with IT knowing how much of a mismatch he is defensively?
