Per Woj, K.J. McDaniels has been traded to Brooklyn.

Houston traded KJ McDaniels to the Nets. There goes our 2018 pick's value, LOL.

Sixer trying to get Bradley per woj. No traction.

Gimme that Lakers pick or nothing for Bradley. Bogut and the Lakers pick for Bradley? Otherwise, move along.

Lol I like the way you think Potter

Noel would've been a decent framework to build around, but I just don't see any other movable parts on their roster that they could give for Bradley that we'd want. Getting something like the Lakers pick could very well open us up to move the Brooklyn pick more easily.

Nothing will happen from it, but that's all I'd take from them at this point.

Stein reporting Bogut won't be traded before 3PM.

So except a buy-out.

Better ship out that 2018 BKN pick now than later.

They have other future high first round picks like Sacramento's.  Maybe that one. Is that 2018?
It is in 2019 and it is unprotected.  Colangelo would be a complete idiot to give it up for Bradley.  Considering how little Cousins and Noel were traded for, don't see why people think Bradley would get much in return.

Huh? It's called context. One was a serial malcontent, and the other was destined to be traded the moment they chose two centers in two consecutive drafts after him. COMPLETELY different scenarios.

Sounds like Bogut will go to a contender if bought out.  Not the Celts.

Bradley would most likely be a 1 year rental for them.  They'd have to significantly overpay to have a chance to retain him.  He's also got his own injury history.  They'd be stupid to give up a very good 1st for him.

Even if the Lakers finish with the 2nd worst record, the Sixers will still have a 44% chance of getting the 4th or 5th pick (i.e. probably one of Tatum, Isaac or Monk).   If it doesn't convey, it becomes unprotected next year and the Lakers aren't going to be much better.  The unprotected Kings 2019 1st is a great pick considering the incompetence of the Kings FO and the Cousins trade.

But he did, and put himself in a position to do so."

Points out Noel had better mid range shooting than Anderson in one of the tweets

The Ringer also very high on mavs for this deal (and for noel himself). View as anderson that could potentially stick around the league.

"Maybe the most surprising aspect of this trade is how little the Mavs gave up to get Noel. "

Uh oh...Nerlens Noel is being Naughty!

http://sportsday.dallasnews.com/dallas-mavericks/mavericks/2017/03/01/nerlens-noel-set-first-start-wednesday-showed-late-mavericks-team-plane
wonder is this is a sign of a trend where players with non-playing issues such as Noel and Cousins are being valued less in trades than they otherwise would be valued.

Noel and Cousins, from a talent perspective alone, are worth more than what they were traded for yet both have been known to be difficult off the court.

This doesn't really seem like that huge a deal as a one time thing being 10 minutes late. I also hadn't heard tons of stuff about issues with him off the court prior to this besides trashing a house a few years ago. It is possible he became a bit less professional dealing with all the 76ers tom foolery and being extremely disgruntled there. However, lumping him in with a guy that has 18 technicals on the season and a long history of battling with coaches seems like a huge leap.

Noel was fined repeatedly in Philadelphia for being late and violations of other team rules during the year he wasn't playing.  Now maybe you give him a pass because he wasn't playing, but there is a clear pattern here with Noel.

Here is a quote from this article http://www.philly.com/philly/sports/sixers/20151130_Sixers_coach_needs_management_s_help.html#ZxelbxFTqBJUFdQ7.99

"There is the fact that Nerlens Noel was fined heavily and often, to the tune of around $25,000, according to a source, for repeated tardiness and other violations during his first season, which he missed due to a knee injury."

Here is an article that discusses in great detail Noel trashing the house as well as threatening them after demanding payment.  http://www.phillyvoice.com/report-nerlens-noel-sued-trashing-rental-home-weed-gatorade/

Noel constantly complained to the media about private team business including the log jam, playing time, etc.  You can easily find a plethora of articles about it with google.

Your right it isn't fair to compare the guy that is passionate on the Court and gets technical fouls to the guy that is a complete knucklehead off the court who is constantly late and getting into trouble as a result of maturity issues.
