That seems like a lot to me.  The possible #1pick, def top 3 pick, the third pick last year, and one of the best two way guards in the league?  Plus Zeller.

I think I take my chance with Gordan Hayword in the off season.

This is actually quite believable...I'm having a hard time finding a loser in this trade scenario.  Everyone gets their needs met, and no one gets hosed.  Sixers would be hard pressed to do better than Bradley for a return at this point.  That Indy front court + Fultz or Ball would be an insane future core.  And the Celtics get an all-star forward who was just begging to be placed in a winning environment two days ago.  I'd hate to see these pieces go, but would love to see PG13 in green.

For those curious to see how George's rookie year (age 20) compares to Jaylen Brown's (age 20), take a look:

Very interesting. The per 36 are virtually identical. PG13 has slightly better stats (emphasis on slightly), but I wonder if by season's end if that will still be true...

Yeah. It's says nothing about whether Brown will develop like that, of course. George was a late bloomer relative to most other All-Stars. As was Butler for that matter.

1) Unlikely IND trades George without dumping Big Al or Monta in the process.

2) Why do the Pacers keep shopping around for centers? The idea would be to build around Turner, no?

Idk, I'm probably going to get a ton of heat for saying this..

But like the trade looks good, but I really don't want to deal Jaylen Brown  :(

And Bradley to Sixers? Oh boy... him against us when we play Philly a lot  :o

17 nets pick, Bradley, Brown for George???? Way too much, DA would never give up that much

What do you mean too much? That's just about right for a legitimate franchise type player, or a very close one, who's also only 26.

That's just about where Indiana would start talking.

Cousins is a bigger star than PG13 and the price was low. They both have expiring contracts in 2018.  17 nets pick might be number 1 on a loaded draft, Brown has the all star potential and Bradley is a legitimate all around starter.  I believe that there is some kind of a trend around the nba for GM's not offering much for stars, i don't know why.  We all believed that to get Cousins we should give up both nets picks.

...and a lunatic, unlike PG13, so the price wasn't that low.

Even better... add Jimmy Butler rookie (22) and Kawhi (20) into the mix

Almost all of them are super similar while Kawhi shows a very slight advantage

In all seriousness, what % of the reported rumors on RealGM end up being true?

Realgm?  Really?

Anyway -- Bradley, Brown, '17 BRK and Zeller for PG + end of bench big?

That's not bad.

i have a feeling we'll regret giving up jaylen eventually.

it is a good deal for everyone involved though.  essentially, replaces bradley with paul george and keeps everyone else who's really playing intact.   maybe still grab tucker and bogut.   that's a possible championship contender.

I don't think we'll regret giving up Jaylen, because I don't expect Ainge to trade him.

That's funny I went and looked up those exact two right after. TP to you as well.

Looks to me like Kawhi has the clear edge. He trumps the other guys on nearly everything except scoring, but his percentages were good, he just wasn't shooting much because he was on a really good Spurs team with other weapons.
