Corey Brewer + a 1st, reportedly. Probably a good move for LA, they could use draft picks more than Williams. Nice fit for an already explosive offense in Houston too.

Did Houston really need another offensive creator off the bench?  Between Harden and E. Gordon you'd think they'd have 48 minutes worth of scorers.

On the other hand, Eric Gordon is pretty prone to injury so this covers them somewhat.

This is good news for the Celts because it means Washington didn't add Lou Will to revamp their terrible bench.

A 1st is very good value for Lou Williams. Nice trade for the Lakers.

I was seriously worried that he was headed to Washington.

Houston got another gunner, they will be scary in the playoffs.

Lou somehow has a 24.08 PER on ESPN... lolol

He probably doesn't move the needle much for Houston, their defense will sink them early in the playoffs, and he makes them even worse on that end.

Good trade for both teams.  Magic is 1 for 1

Just realized.

Rockets vs. Pelicans Thursday Night.

Pelicans added Boogie. Rockets added Lou.

It's *possible* both teams face GSW in the playoffs (Pelicans first round, Rockets possibly WCF).

On the surface this would seem like a good move for Houston, until you realize Lou Williams has been utterly terrible for three separate teams in the playoffs.

Seriously, the guy has some of the worst shooting percentages ever for a player that shoots as much as he does.

Savvy move to get a 1st for a guy Houston is going to regret acquiring.

Magic did well. Hopefully he can get something for Deng, Nick Young and get Mosgov back in rotation.

With Beverly, Gordon and Harden in the rotation already, it's hard to see him getting that many minutes.

Maybe this is Patrick Beverly insurance. He's had a hard time staying on the court this season and I think he's injured right now. Lou doesn't do the same things as Beverly, but he'll play pretty much the same position next to Harden.
