Just having fun here, but is it so crazy? Yes.  I know.

http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=zfhu52x

Chicago gets BKN 17 and MEM pick
Indy gets BKN 18 and our own 17

Why for Chicago?
Young talent in Rozier, stay "competitive" while Wade is still under contract with Monta, expiring in Amir, top pick to facilitate rebuild

Why for Indy?
Young talent with huge upside in Brown, stable, quality vets in Bradley and Crowder and Jonas to compete now with Myles AND get rid of Al Jeff's contract (not horrible, but really?)

Why for Bos?

PG IT, Smart
SG Butler, Smart
SF George, James Young
PF Horford/Kelly
 C Mickey/The Real Big Al/Zeller

Chicago would definitely say no. Indy would probably say no.

Also, we don't own our own 2017 pick. We have to trade it for the Nets' pick.

But a TP for allowing me a moment of hope. ;)

Mickey is your starting center on a championship team?

LOL I know I know.  People said the same about Perkins, though.  I'd rather start Mickey in that imaginary lineup for his D and rebounding (again, i know, i know) since the other 4 should provide enough offense.

I toyed with adding a stipulation in here that the C's would also sign larry Sanders, but this is already enough of a fantasy I decided we needed one gap in the lineup.

Good point.  Lets assume Indy gets our 2018 and 2020 picks

I'm still trying to digest the hill of beans that Cousins went for and having a hard time convincing myself that both Butler and George could not be had for an expiring, a proven player and/or a prospect, and ONE BKN pick each.

Just heard on NBA Radio that Larry is trying to convince PG to stay and they are in on Okafor and Lopez.

Woah, Okafor AND Al Jefferson on the low block?  That will open some crazy vortex or wormhole or something....
