That's nowhere near enough for Butler.  They were asking for Bradley, Crowder, and the 2016 pick over the summer, and the price has gone up since then.  Okafor is not worth nearly as much  as Crowder and the 2016 pick, even Okafor + 2017 Nets' pick probably isn't enough
I'm bitter.

It's got to be a weird situation if the Celtics have been talking with the Bulls for Butler for months, and at the same time are competing with each other for Okafor.

Now that Cousins is no longer an option, Okafor is looking pretty good right about now.

I don't want any part of Okafor unless you can get him for pennies on the dollar.

Say we give up two Seconds to Phili.      And 2018 Boston first and 2018 Nets 1st (Top 3 Protected)

Move Jonas......  Sorry buddy.

Chicago gets a 10 Million Trade Exception.    2 First round picks and a center.

Here's the exact quote for anyone that cares

Quote
Okafor is kind of still there," Stein said on ESPN Radio . "He's been so out there that you tend to think Philadelphia will find something in the next three days where they move him. I've heard that Boston has still given that some consideration. Chicago's another team that's been said to have shown some Okafor interest."

Quote
"You can rest assured Philly's going to spend the next three-plus days trying to find a trade home for Jahlil Okafor because once the prospect of a trade has gone that far it's kind of hard to pretend it didn't happen," Stein said. "But at this point, as we stand, Philadelphia doesn't have an Okafor deal. And obviously another (option in) New Orleans, now that's not going to happen."

Bradley, Amir, Zeller and 2018 for Butler. Rozier and a 2nd rounder for Okafor.

IT/Butler/Crowder/Horford/Olynyk as starters

Smart/Brown/Jerebko/Okafor off the bench.

I like our chances against the Cavs.

For the record, Okafor was apparently available for an injured Tyreke Evans, a 2017 1st rounder and a 2017 2nd rounder. So essentially, a 1st rounder and a 2nd rounder gets this done.

Definitely smells like a potential 3 way trade. Imagine if we could get Butler and hold onto the Nets picks?

I feel like that starting five will get slaughtered on the boards against CLE. Need to come away with someone who can rebound and defend in the middle. That's why if we make a deal with Chicago, I would insist they include Gibson or Lopez.

I figured as much when Okafor played that game in Boston. They were getting another look at him.  I think Danny genuinely wants a rim protector. The big daddy, of course, was Cousins. But Okafor is just a kid. A big kid who can score in the paint. He is young enough to be taught the other stuff. He has the body, and can block shots.

I think it's possible a Butler deal could also bring a Lopez or Gibson if the Bulls get Okafor. They are looking for more offense up front.

Okafor will be out of the league in 3 yrs. Olowakandi all over again. Stay away from him.

I want Ainge to go after Terrence Celtic killer Jones...he is available.

If all of Okafor's other suitors fall away I think there is a chance we could get Okafor at bargain basement prices. I love Okafor as a speculative add, not so much as someone we need to count on to help us this year.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19
