At some point we have to get some bigs and I see no bigs in this draft. We're getting destroyed on the boards already.

Resign AB
Trade the pick for Cousins and let's get on with it.

We still have the 2018 pick.

I'm sick of drafting, trading for and developing guards...enough already.
I'm on the Cameron Oliver bandwagon should be there in the second round.

Why do you think IT4 would work better with Fultz?

Many think Ball would work well with IT4. Due to their contrasting styles.

I'm old school in my thinking of backcourts. You want a PG and SG or two combo Guards. IT is an undersized combo guard, depending on match ups and how a team is playing him you need the other combo guard Fultz, to do different things which he can do. Ball I feel is legit PG and his strength is running the fast break. IT isn't filling a wing or crashing the boards on a fast break. Then you look at the half court IT has crafted his style to iso as well as pick and roll, Ball has struggled to come off screens (AB's/SG role) to catch and shoot. So what advantage would playing them together be? Its more like oil and water. Also Ball has no mid game and struggles shooting with contact. If you put him at the 2 he will be abused. Fultz is the better player and fit but Ball is very close and depending on team he may be a better option for some.

I agree Fultz is more of a traditional talent. With maturity and time his ceiling is somewhere between Westbrook, and Harden, and that is not to shabby. He doesn't seems to be a natural leader.

Besides being an offensive and defensive weapon, Ball looks to be a special player that can make the players around him better. He already plays with NBA pace, which is unusual. He has floor general write all over him.

He has bust written all over him.

How so? I mean it. Please provide reasoning, stats, analyses, and support for this statement. Without such support you post doesn't rise above the level of a shallow opinion. Please post in ways and at a level that make this a better thread.

A number of posters have provided a boat load of support. You need to refute all that in your response if you want people to value your thinking.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Please, god, no.  He's another guy with an inconsistent motor and scouts also question his "bbiq," which I really hate as a term bc it looks way too much like bbq, lol.  Om nom nom ;D.

If this was a junior or senior I'd worry but given his history on battling back from injury and his age I have to disagree with those knocks.Do hope gms think that and he falls to us at 53. Team could then use 37 on Alec Peters to fill a KO roll.

Trade it for what?  We're not getting Durant in return and DA made it ABUNDANTLY clear that neither him nor Stevens want Cousins!  Butler or Paul George aren't going to magically become Lebron stoppers.  The Pacers got swept out of the playoffs by the Cavs last I checked.

Trading just to trade is short-sighted and knee-jerk.  When you can add a 20ppg+ young stud scoring guard, you just do it.  We still have cap room for a max free agent.  PG or JB don't take us over the top.  But guess what if you add 1 of those guys, you don't have the cap room for a max free agent now.  Did you think of that first?

offensively, yes, but Ball is going to need to be hidden on defense. Neither Ball nor Thomas can defend 1 v 1, while Markelle at least has all the tools to be a plus defender.
