Crowder
Horford
Smart
Thomas
Johnson
Olynyk
Young
Zeller
Rozier
Jackson
Bradley
Jerebko
Green
Brown
Mickey

The two surprises to me were Jerebko and Bradley.

Horrible stat. Its extremely noisy.

Bradley's numbers are easily explained by his prolonged use in the rotation as a starter playing with 4 bench players like Stevens has used him for the majority of the first half of this season.

Great stat. It shows who makes the team better.
Smart is not a starter, but is number three in plus and minus.

Bingo. And Smart does crazy good things that don't show up in the box score, like taking charges and diving on the floor to keep the ball alive.

Its really a terrible stat as it is completely reliant on who you are playing with. It just doesnt measure how good a player is. A player can be a great player but play in rotations with poor players and the great player will have a bad +/-.

Just a terrible stat.

ESPN's RPM adjusts for who you're playing with and against, who knows how well.

Their results aren't that dis-similar though:

Crowder
Horford
Johnson
Olynyk
Thomas
Smart
Jerebko
Bradley
Rozier
Green
Brown

Bradley and Johnson are the biggest surprises to me.

They have Offense and Defense split out.  Thomas is by a good bit both the best offensive player and the worst defender.

One other point not entirely related....because of the physical play in the playoffs, I think Smart is just made for playoff basketball.

I think this is one of my favorite defensive statistics out there. One thing that surprises me is that AB is near the bottom of the list, and the Jaylen is our best defender (at least by defending his assignment)

this stat does have its flaws, doesnt really tell you much on how well of a team defender a player is.

The thing about Jaylen is that when he runs at a guy shooting a three, he jumps so high that they get distracted and miss.

Zeller is actually a pretty good low post defender. Like Olynyk, he is better than he looks.
