Without knowing what's going on behind the scenes and based on a hypothetical:

1. He's open to moving anyone but IT and Horford; 2. Smart/Crowder are available for a big like Noel/Nurkic; 3. Smart/Crowder/Bradley/Brown are available for Cousins, if there's any interest; 4. No trade gets done prior to the draft:

Fultz (elite, fits with IT)
Ball (same)
Tatum (Upside, team need, Pierce, possibility of he + Brown)
Smith Jr. / Jackson - (IT4, otherwise #3)
Isaac (size /athleticism, upside, Zeller/Jerebko/KO/Amir)
Jackson / Smith Jr. (could be special, but Brown...)
Monk (team need, esp if Bradley will be available)

I may be way off, but it looks like a really good draft.

Read that last line again. One more time.

maybe it's just me but I'm not overly concerned about his draft board.  Nets are sending us a top 4 pick this year which happens to be a year when there's not a top 1 or top 2 tier to it that we could miss out on.  looks like no matter what, we're getting a player that has a real shot at being a cornerstone player for this franchise.

Ford poll of GMs said that Ball and Fultz are both tier one prospects. Destined all stars.

No big seems worthy of #1...we could slide down a few and still get  serious quality...right now Philly has 3 and 7....how about #1 for Noel and one of those picks

Based on the win column and win percentages and current playing level projecting forward, its more liklely that Philly gets picks in the 5 - 8 range. I Ben Simmons return could push them past teams like Denver and the Kings. I have become alot less worried about Philly being top 3 or maybe even top 7 with either pick.

Thank you Footney. TP. I don't understand how people don't want Ball.

The kid is a legend already. A winner and he plays the right way. Plus he's a deadly shooter out to 30 feet and he has one of the highest BBIQ you will ever see.

 Players like don't fail.

If we got number 1 then we select Fultz. That is for sure. It gets tricky if we get number 2 or 3. Then we have Ball, Jackson, Smith. And 2 players that i really like and they would be good fits with team are Monk and Isaac but they are not top 5 picks. They will go 5-10 but our pick can't be 5-10 so we aren't drafting them.

If we don't consider the team need my mock draft would be: Fultz,Ball,Smith,Jackson and probably one of those guys will end up being a Celtic
