TP for KG if your happy for him. An embarrassingly large home down South. If anyone wants to relocate to an amazing up an coming city where the Real Estate market has went up 10% in the last 3 years let me know.

Where?

My house has gone up 25% or more in the last two years. Nice to buy at almost the bottom of the market.  :)

BTW. You can't even imagine what kind of home you can own down here for under a half million.

You can't touch it in ther Boston suburbs. That's for sure.

Congrats! I looked down south a few years back and was blown away. I could conceivable afford what I consider to be a mansion. Too bad I'm too invested with many things up north.

  • Everybody knows what's best for you
Congratulations and TP, KGLL! There is nothing more exciting than closing on a beautiful home. I made the move down south (to FL) from Boston several years ago and it was the best move I ever made. Good luck and enjoy!
