Embiid would have started.  He received the 3rd most fan votes amongst Eastern Conference frontcourt players:  922,174 votes.

Based on fan voting it would have been

East Frontcourt:  LeBron, GIannis, Embiid. 
East Backcourt:  Kyrie, Wade


West Frontcourt:  Durant, Zaza (lol), Leonard
West Backcourt:  Steph, Harden

Really though, Embiid, Wade and Zaza shouldn't have started.  The change was for the better.  Wade is washed up.  Zaza is a joke.  Embiid has been amazing, but he's missed too many games sitting out back-to-backs.
