 In this clip he wants to fight Cousin's! Then he hits him with two elbows in the same pivot move. Hits him in the jaw with both.

First I like Randolph.  Second Cousins is the best big man in the league, space, space, space next guy.
When I see Cousins take the double elbow in the face and not do anything I kind of want him to be on team.  Then again any C I can think of from previous years would attack him. 
Zach is Oakley  or barkley like tough.  Maybe not the biggest guy.  Maybe not attitude like he's tough like perk but just plain tough.  I'd have to put money on cousins if they went toe to toe

I like Randolph. He's got a good NBA story. He came out of nowhere in his 3rd season and then got tainted by the Jailblazers situation. Then got sent to a terrible situation in New York and when that didn't work out it felt like he was sentenced to NBA siberia, playing for the Clippers.

But he got out of there fast, traded to Memphis, and the Grizzlies immediately started coming up. Randolph rehabbed his image a little and made his first all star appearance. Now he's in his 8th season with the Grizzlies and he's basically on the Mt. Rushmore of that franchise as one of the Grit N' Grind guys who've had some pretty decent success these last bunch of years.

It was rough going for a while but I think he found a way to make the most of his career.

Yeah, I'd have to give Cousins credit for keeping his calm both times, hope for him yet! LOL.

This isn't the 70's or 80's when you could punch a guy in the face and stay on the floor.

 I want him to at least look him in the eye and let Zach know he's not scared. Cousins is a bully he wants to throw Smart on the ground and punch people in Nightclubs but doesn't want any part of a real fight.
