I tend to think that All-Rookie 1st/2nd Team means very, very little.
If we agree on that, then I'd suggest the following names:
Sam Perkins -- 105 career Win Shares, never made All-Star, All-NBA, All-NBA defense, or won any year-end awards or an NBA championship.
Andre Miller -- 100.8 career Win Shares, never made All-Star, All-NBA, All-NBA defense, or won any year-end awards or an NBA championship. Claim to fame is he led the league in assists in 2002 and otherwise has been a competent ball-handler since dinosaurs roamed the planet.
Rod Strickland -- 85.8 career Win Shares, led the league in assists in 1998, otherwise no significant accomplishments.
Richard Jefferson -- 81.7 career Win Shares, biggest accomplishment is winning a title with the Cavs playing 18 minutes per game.
