Any reports on Jaylen Brown's ankle?
He and amir are in Atlanta, still undecided whether they will play

I'm expecting a big game from Al!

I really, really can't see Mickey starting again against Milsap. Hopefully JJ starts if Amir is a no-go.

Yeah, it worked okay yesterday (Morris took all the shots like I said he would), but I would not like to dare Atlanta to give it to Milsap every possession.  Maybe we can let Jaylen start if he's healthy (on Thabo while Crowder guards Milsap.)

Yeah, I was thinking potentially Brown, too, but that really kills the bench depth at that crucial swing spot, though we didn't have it for Washington either.

Atlanta doesn't have any swings of their own, so you don't need to match up the same way as you would some teams.

I forgot Jaylen is from Atlanta.  I hope he is able to suit up.

Just a note: Atlanta's winning streak may be inflated. Of their 7 games win streak, one team was above .500 (Spurs, won by 2)

TP for another awesome game thread FL!

how is it I'm always missing being the first in the thread by a couple of minutes or just seconds?

You need more dedication. There are people whose sole purpose in life is to post first in the game thread. All they do is press refresh every second every day.

Yeah, I don't have a lot of victories in my life, but the few times I have ever been first in the game thread are some of the most thrilling moments I can remember  ;D

The writing is on the wall that this team will start to decline in playoff seeding.

Any reports on Jaylen Brown's ankle?
Just read that Adam Himmelsbach of the Globe said that both Jaylen and Amir will try to play tonight.

Good! Need Amir in there with Howard, though it would've been nice to have two three point threats starting to draw Howard out from the lane.

Washburn has said both will play tonight.  Glad Jaylen gets to play in front of his family.

The Hawks and the Nets are the only two teams where I actually get disappointed if we lose to them.  If we beat the Cavs, Warriors, Spurs or Toronto I'm pumped, but I'm not going to lose sleep over a loss.  If we were to lose to the Wolves it's pretty sad, but it would still be a watchable game and it would help our Nets' pick.

But man, losing to the Hawks after getting Horford and our recent playoff matches really hurts.  I guess you can throw the Lakers into that first list, but they're not beating us anytime soon so I don't want to show them the respect of placing them there.

I'm genuinely impressed by Jamal Crawford on the pregame show. Very professional, mature, and well-spoken. He did not seem to be that type of player to me prior to this.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I unfortunately have to watch Hawks live pregame show.

I live in TN and have the Hawks as my home team along with the Grizzlies.  Just doesn't make much sense.
