So who are you guys hoping the Pats face next week, Pitt or KC?

KC. They're maybe a better all around team, or at least more consistent, but Pitt's QB > KC's and has more big-game experience.

Unless the Pats get their act together, it won't matter.

Wow, what a game and a W by Green Bay.

I hate Dallas almost as much as I hate the Giants and Jets, so it was great to see the Cowboys lose.

I agree.  Bell is great, Brown is great, Ben is experienced and good..

KCs defense is good - they are probably a better balanced team overall.  But Steelers scare me and they are a team I always root against.

And Pittsburgh here we go...not what I was hoping for as they put up six scores today (along with an interception in the endzone), but you have to go through the best to win the Super Bowl. At least it's in Gillette.

Let's go Pats!!

I am hoping the Pats are healthy v. Pittsburgh.

Anyone hear anything today about Pats injuries?  I know Jabaal Sheard was hurt, Hogan was hurt and Bennett looked like his knee was hyper-extended (though he continued to play).  Malcolm Mitchell also didn't suit up.  Hope these guys will all be ready for the Steelers.  Should be a tough game.

My biggest concerns against Pittsburgh:

- Lack of pass rush means Big Ben will have time, be able to evade any pressure
- Run defense, which was decent this year, dealing with a big play back in Bell
- Offensive line needs to give Brady enough time to throw against Steelers' interior rushers

Feels like it'll be a shootout.  Pats need their pass-catching backs (Lewis, White) to make up for the lack of big play threats in the middle of the field / red-zone (no Gronk, Bennett hurt).
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

I think one of the teams will score 30 plus points, and hope it's the Pats.  Not having Gronk, recent injuries to Mitchell, Hogan and Bennett, and lack of Brady trust in Floyd after Saturday, gives me pause to predict Pats will win.  The NFC has been far crazier, especially the Dallas-GB game. Aaron Rogers is playing out of his mind again.

So anyone else worried for tomorrow night's game?

I still think the Pats will hold on for the win, but it will be CLOSE.

No Gronk hurts (he usually terrorizes Pittsburgh), but Bennett can hopefully have a big day.

My gut tells me that despite Floyd's bad game last week, he will be due for a big game tomorrow.

As long as the defense keeps Big Ben out of the end zone more often than not, it should be a NE win.

My Prediction: 28-20 Patriots (leading to the New England - Atlanta Super Bowl)

Well, here we go.  Atlanta plays a perfect 60 minutes against what is either a very injured, sick, overrated Green Bay team.   Whoever wins the AFC will have their hands full with Atlanta.

I am afraid of this game today.  Hope the Pats can put some pressure on Ben and limit Bell somewhat.

The only defensive player that Pitt has that scares me is Shazier and he is inconsistent. LBs with speed always scare me though.

I expect Bill to sell out to stop Bell and pray that Butler can remain competitive with Brown. You shut down Bell and keep Brown from going off and you win.

Carved 'em up but dropped ball hurts a lot.  Nice to get on the board though.  Plenty of time for Brady -- big difference from last week.  Go defense!

Logan Ryan's getting abused so far. But the Pats offense has looked pretty good.

Yeah. Rough half for him.
