There have been debates on here as to who is the best PG in college right now. Mainly the conversation revolves around Fultz and Ball, and seldom do I see anyone talk about Dennis Smith Jr. I for one think Fultz is the clear cut best prospect out of the bunch; and probably to much surprise I see Ball as the worst of the group (although probably 4th on my depth chart).

Looking at the numbers Fultz Has the highest PER as well as the best three point percentage at 47%. DSJR and Ball shoot 40% and 43% from three respectively. What is interesting however is that both Fultz and Ball shoot 65% from the free throw line, while DSJR shoots 80% from the charity stripe. This is important because free throw percentage is a good indicator as to how well that shooting will translate to the NBA. Based on this DSJR might be the most consistent 3 point shooter of the bunch; especially considering how awkward a shot Ball has which is likely to get blocked in the NBA. Ball leads the pack in assists per game, but not by much. He also scores 14 PPG, compared to 19 and 22 from DSJR and Fultz. He also gets to the line half as much as the other two guards. Ball has the best two point percentage out of the group, but would be interesting to see their respective shot charts; it seems that Fultz and DSJR tend to take mid range two pointers quite frequently.
