I'm really really high in Smith. I think he can be a Lillard type player, maybe better. If we didn't have Isaiah I might have him over fultz just because he has this toughness and swagger to him that I love in point guards.
Warning: I am a Marucs Smart homer

I've been telling guys that Tatum is too below the rim for the next level. Glad to see more guys turn up tho... All these monster games, has any previous draft classes feature so many impressive game logs from freshman players?  A week doesn't go by without them dropping 30 points, or stuffing the stat sheets.

Smith or Fultz?  I feel like that's what this draft comes down to.

Can tell your pumped Smitty, TP and gratz to NC State!

Great point about Isaac in the weight training program. That's interesting and how often do you hear about thin prospects that would be good if they would just hit the weight room? I'm liking the idea of Isaac more and more. Cheers!

Smith could join Ball and Fultz. It's pretty much every draft expert's opinion that Ball and Fultz are the two guys who have super star beyond all star ability. Smith moving up to that list would be good since it expands our chances at a tier 1 player.

Nah Pho. Smith is not on Fultz Level yet.

6'10" wingspan for Fultz. Smith is 6'3" arm length.

Fultz has potential to guard three positions. Hes more well rounded and the first pick.

Yeah, if we don't get #1, Smith could be a nice consolation prize.  I think he'll be a great pro -- he's got that no-fear, big-game attitude.  But Fultz is #1, and I don't think anyone's catching him.  He's got the game and the measurables.

Agreed Salt. You got any good comps for Smith?

I'm thinking he has Steve Francis like hops, and he's got some Iverson in him too.

Not Iverson quick, but almost. More powerful than Iverson. Kids so explosive.

Smith's competition is much better than the teams Fultz is playing against at Washington.

I'm thinking he's like a Steve Francis Kevin Johnson hybrid.

Stevie Franchise is a decent one.  Honestly, a 5-inch taller IT seems like a good comp too.  He's going to score a lot of points in the NBA.  Definitely brings his best game when the lights are brightest.

Here's the million dollar question though.

In this New NBA where guards matter could you ever envision Thomas and Smith JR starting together.
