Substitute Smart for Rozier and I'd do this. Otherwise, you're just gutting the intensity and culture of this team.

Wiggins is 21 years old, a perennial all star in the making, and the perfect compliment to their other 21 year old star. They hang up the phone laughing.

Crowder, Rozier, and Nets Pick for Hayward.  Gives Utah another two young players (Terry and the pick) to team with Rudy, and Boston gets another all star (Hayward is absolutely deserving of it this season) to team with IT and Al.

Overpay for Hayward.

Correct -- especially considering his contract.

Stick to the topic.

I don't think you can get him for anything less.  Utah wants to resign him, but they face a bit of a cap crunch if they give him the max after maxing out Rudy, and having decisions to make soon with George Hill and Favors.  They could potentially have a lot of money tied up in 3 or 4 guys that don't move the needle much in the Western Conference.

Minnesota would laugh at that offer.  Absolutely no reason for them to trade either player.  Wiggins will be in a TWolves uni for years to come.

Edited it to correct that, I meant Wiggins and KAT.  They are the future and Minny will not be moving one of those two pieces u less it was for something no one could turn down, andthis proposed deal is not close to that level.

I'm very interested to see how long Thibs sticks with both LaVine and Wiggins. I have a hard time believing he won't trade one of them for a proven veteran or two that make the team more competitive. Obviously Zach would be the more logical to ship out, but his value will also be lower.

I do find it amusing that someone voted 'Boston says no'.
