We're giving too much? When it's about PG, I don't think so. We just gotta move on.

Yeah, too much.  I am not sure a Horford/IT/George trio is good enough.

Yep. That or miss another train. Sick of waiting and waiving.

IT
AB
George
Horford
AJ

3 All stars in lineup. We are contenders and that's just it.

At this stage I don't care about the bench. Bench brings you winns, starters bring you banners.

Rozier
Jackson
Jerebko
Young
Olynik
Mickey

It sucks I admit, but we'll fix it in the summer. As long as Bradley's not traded it is ok, we can fix the rest.

With that line up we still need a young big. Zizic? Cauley-Stein in trade, perhaps for AJ and some picks?

It would definitely not be an overpay for one of the best 2-way players in the league who is only 26.

But I also don't think it'd every happen. The Pacers are in no rush to trade off their 26 year old star with another budding star in Turner. This sounds fake to me.

With all due respect, whether this new trio of stars is good enough is almost irrelevant. This kind of deal would add a top ten player, drastically improve our starting lineup, make us a more attractive landing spot for free agents or disgruntled stars demanding to be traded, and, in general, get us closer to competing for a championship. It does not preclude further additions through trades or free agency.

Is doesn't specifically say the Brooklyn first:

and a 2018 first-round draft pick from the Celtics;

but still, that is a lot.  Tough call.

As for the resulting team, we wouldn't have a real power forward (or center if you consider Horford the PF) so the team would still need some work.

It's a good haul for the Pacers but how does Bird get to rebuild and reshuffle for seemingly 10 years in a row?

Not a rumor.

Roy,

I appreciate your succinct comment, but where is the proof that this is NOT a rumor?

No reliable source is reporting it.

"Rumor: Lebron for Jae, IT4, Zeller,  Brown and both BRK #1s"

Where is the proof that's not a rumor?

They probably do it to satisfy their inner troll.
