Is the first one Giannis?

For the second one ...

It looks a bit like Shawn Marion but I don't think he ever averaged that many assists. Grant Hill averaged more assists than that. Too many rebounds for Pippen. Maybe Chris Webber? 20/10/4 looks like his type of stat-sheet. Or maybe KG? Antoine Walker? Nah, too many blocks for Antoine.

Are these seasons in the past?  Active players?  There's not a lot to go on here.  Looks like two fairly dominant, hyper-athletic big men with excellent passing, but #1 is way more efficient offensively.

Might help to know FTA per 36 and 3PA per 36.

First is definitely Giannis, and the second is definitely KG in the '98-99 season.  I don't really see the point of comparing the two, though, since they're completely different players at completely different possitions
I'm bitter.

Yeah it is. It's more of an interesting comparison than a "pure" one, though it's worth remembering KG started his career as primarily an SF until he was strong enough to play 4 full-time.  Giannis is sort of a generic wing at this point though he's listed as SG.  And sample size is of course very small this year.  KG was of course a better defender but Giannis is quite good there as well.  Just really striking how well he lines up with an all-time great at the same age.

There's nothing generic about the role Giannis plays in that offense.  I'm not sure you can classify him as wing, guard, or big. Stevens would call him a "swing," I imagine, but he does a ton of ball-handling and also does a lot of work inside.

He's just a really tall dude who flies around the court and does a little bit of everything.  The closest role he fits is probably a point forward / small forward, but even that doesn't really get at the way he plays.

Yeah I meant generic like "transcends a specific SG/SF/PF position", not like an ordinary wing role.

I know the answers are already out, but I'm always worried somebody is going to be a jerk with this type of question when I'm not told how many mpg and just told per 36.  Like this, tell me who A and B are, per 36, single season only:

Player A:

.533/.000/.667  22.6 Pt 14.4 Reb 3.1 Ast 0.0 Stl 2.1 Blk 5.1 TO

O/DRtg: 103/101

22.8 PER, .145 WS/48

Player B:

.488/.000/.886  17.1 Pt 13.5 Reb 4.2 Ast 2.5 Stl 1.1 Blk 2.9 TO

O/DRtg: 112/97

22.8 PER, .199 WS/48

Quote or highlight with mouse for answer:
Player A is rookie Kendrick Perkins
Player B is current Greg Monroe

It's a shame that the Celtics went to Greece to scout him and didn't pull the trigger when they had the chance to draft him. Imagine a starting five of Al, Giannis, Crowder, Bradley, and IT...

Player A I'm thinking must be a PF?  Maybe a SF

Back to Giannis; the numbers he has been putting up so far this year are ridiculous.  Since they started keeping block and steal stats in the 1974 season, nobody has ever averaged at least 20PPG, 8RPG, 5APG, 2BPG, and 2SPG for a season.  So far on this young season, Freak is averaging 22.4 points, 8.7 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 2.2 steals and 2.2 blocks per game.

He turned 22 years old yesterday.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

I'd rather have Kelly than Giannis. He's more of a finished product.
