Feels like an overpay. Rozier + Brooklyn pick + 3rd 1st round pick.

I can see the Brooklyn pick for A.Gordon + something. But the rest of the deal leaves me unsatisfied. Hezonja has proven so little since coming to the NBA. I do not think his trade value should be so high.

Who the hell are Hezonja and Wilcox ?? You really guys write every thought that crosses your mind. I don't see that as a quality on this forum.

Hezonja has a PER of 2.9, one of the worst in the league!!!  Gordon is shooting 37.6% overall and 27.5% from three and ONLY 59% at the line.  Meanwhile, Wilcox is shooting 25% overall.

And we would give up Rozier, who is shooting 41.5% from three and has a 13.7 PER.  We would also give up Amir, who is shooting 51.9% overall and has a PER of 13.2.  NOT to mention giving up the Nets' pick in 2018 and ours in 2019.

Dang.

Do you own stock in the Magic???????????

Wasnt that the story on Crowder before he came here?

Sometimes its not about the player only but depending on the coach, roster, opportunity etc

Its early... Look at Gordon progression prior to this season... And he is playing out of position at the sf spot

Horford and gordon  would be a nice frontcourt

Mario Hezonja was the 5th overall pick in last year's draft.  I can get not knowing who CJ Wilcox is, but you should know who Hezonja is
I'm bitter.

I'll give you a TP for simply not having Mickey in the rotation. You've made strides in finally realizing he's awful.

Gordon isn't quite the garbage Mickey is, but I take pause in trading for a natural PF, without size, trapped in a SF's body, but can't shoot. The way he's developed, or lack thereof, makes me think his future is as an energy bench guy on a playoff team.

I will admit Mickey is bad when you admit your boy Bender is a bust

It's way too early to call Bender a bust.  He's bad now, but he was always viewed as a long term prospect, so being bad now doesn't make him a bust

That's be like calling Bradley a bust after just a couple of months
I'm bitter.

Exactly. He just turned 19 a week ago and was expected to struggle initially. Whoever thought he would make an immediate impact was simply delusional.

Your delusional then to say Mickey is a bust already

He has had very little opportunity with the parent team

Mickey is not 19 and last year he actually played bball.

Bender is 19 and the last 2 years hasn`t played much. Completely different situations. It ll take at least 2 years before  we can have a clear opinion about him

(although imho eventually he will be mentioned in the same sentence with Milicic and Bennet. he was drafted that high because of the Giannis Effect)
