Where's the drop off for 2017 draft

I use to be on top of this stuff but I'm getting older and less interested in following the up and comers. My question is: what are the Celticsblog experts have to say about this draft. How deep is it? How many tier 1 players? Are the tier 1 players Durant level or Wiggins?

We might not be coaches or GMs or scouts but I know I use to be pretty good at knowing stuff like this and know I've read some pretty spot on stuff from other posters.

I also know it's early but I know the posters here are knowledgable and have an idea already for how many tier 1 players there are. What do the online scouts here have to say so far?
