Malik monk looked pretty good earlier for Kentucky with 23 and 6 rb.

Good handle, looks more a scorer than pure shooter. Good court awareness too.

I was very impressed with him. And he was killing the three.

Pleasantly surprised.

Yah...7/11 from 3 pretty impressive.  Good physical tools too.

Looks impressive in the highlights, but keep in mind they lost at home to Yale.  Hard to tell if he played winning basketball.

Very true.

This might be the second year in a row when the top pick does not make the NCAA tournament.

For Washington to lose to a team that was picked third in the Ivy League in preseason polls and missing its best player is pretty sad.

Fultz is very talented, but his left-hand dribble is absolutely garbage. He's definitely going to have to work on that.

San Diego State?

I remember SDSU's Malik Pope was very hyped up by Chad Ford a few years ago. it was weird, the guy didn't even play that well, but Ford had him in the lottery, and i think he was one of very few people to have him drafted that high. Wonder what he saw in Pope.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

You're right, Pope was pretty hyped, but I think he got injured.

Tonight's game is USD, though, I think, not SDST.

I'm kind of looking forward to seeing Pope play when he's on TV.

Lonzo looks interesting. I read a Jason Kidd comparison, which prob. means he'll be nothing like him.

I think I'd rather draft a random guy off of St. Mary's before Melo Trimble. Too small/light. I don't like his shot. Decent handle.

I think Dennis Smith/Harry Giles/Ivan Rabb/Thomas Bryant would be good fits for us.

Highlights from Fultz most recent game. I see a lot of Harden in his game.

He has such an innate ability to score. Granted its against inferior competition right now, but man we would be so lucky to get this guy.

I think the "more athletic D'Angelo Russell" comp is spot on. Of course, Russell is also often compared to Harden.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Thomas Bryant is not a good NBA player. He's not long enough, athletic enough, and his all around game is severely limited because of this. Don't see the allure with him.

DraftExpress has his wingspan at 7'5.5" and he seems reasonably athletic to me.  What do you mean by his all around game is severely limited?

Wow maybe I underestimated his length. For me it's tight hips. Doesn't seem to have the quickest of feet, awkard running motion, and isn't especially explosive. He could potentially become a nice bench player, but not seeing starter quality talent there.
